Terms of Service:

No Refunds. In order to promote a smooth commercial relationship between the parties and to minimize the risk of future litigation as between the Parties, the amount paid by the Recipient to Ty Cohen, Platinum Millennium Publishing, LLC, Kindle Cash Flow, LLC  under this Agreement or otherwise provided to Ty Cohen, Platinum Millennium Publishing, LLC, Kindle Cash Flow, LLC  will not be diminished, and the Recipient shall not be entitled to any credit, cancellation or refund, in whole or in part, of any amounts paid hereunder. The Recipient agrees that they will not initiate any chargebacks, credit card disputes, bring any action or make any demands, for any reason, for Ty Cohen, Platinum Millennium Publishing, LLC, Kindle Cash Flow, LLC  to refund, credit or return, in whole or in part, any sums paid or otherwise provided to Ty Cohen, Platinum Millennium Publishing, LLC, Kindle Cash Flow, LLC or any other company and / or partner(s) affiliated with Ty Cohen, Platinum Millennium Publishing, LLC, Kindle Cash Flow, LLC . By purchasing, enrolling or making a deposit in any amount you hereby agree, accept and are bound by these terms of service and refund policy.
